Proyecto Orimulsión: monoboya y tubería submarina

First SPM-type marine terminal (single point mooring buoy) installed in Venezuela, off the Jose Petrochemical Complex. It marked CONFURCA's step from Lake Maracaibo to offshore works and the start of its expansion to eastern Venezuela. Installation of the buoy, laying and welding of 30" subsea pipeline from the shore with a tensioner lay barge, and concrete weight coating of the pipe in a workshop set up on the coast.
